产品特点及用途 Character & Usage

本产品在 “铁路数字信号电缆”的基础上,对传输四线组进行了单独屏蔽(分A型、B型,结构见电缆组序排列示意图),因而提高了电缆近端串音衰减,有效解决了在同根电缆内传输相同频率的铁路信号信息时,各传输线组之间的干扰防卫问题。可用于信号系统及设备之间,同缆传输同数量级电平的同频信息及最高2Mbit/s数字信息,以及传输交流750V或直流1100V电力的性能。

On the basis of Railway Digital Signaling Cable ,the quads are shielded individually(A Type,B Type , See Structure section picture ) ,hence near-end cross-talk attemuation is increased,effectively solve the problem of interference and guard between transmission-wire groups when same frequency railway signal or message are transmited in one piece cable.It is able to be applied to transmite same frequency information in same quantity level and digital information up to 2Mbit/s,and AC 750 or DC1100V power energy.

本产品适用于铁路信号自动闭塞,计轴、车站电码化、微机联锁、微机监测、调度集中、 调度监督、大功率电动转辙机等有关信号控制装置和设备之间传输控制信息,监测信息和电能,可做为DMIS底层系统数字信息和业务电话的传输通道。当用于ZPW-2000、 UM71无绝缘轨道电路自闭系统时,传输距离可达10Km。并可代替“铁路信号电缆(PT缆)用于其它铁路信号系统中。

The cable is applied in automatic block system,and to transmite controlling signals,monitoring information and electric energy among signalling equipment and control device in axle counter, track circuit Coded in station, Microcomputer Railway Signal Interlocking System,Computer Supervisory System, centralized traffic control (CTC), centralized traffic supervision,high power switch and lock movement.It is also able to be used as transport channel of DMIS primary information,service call and area communication.
When the cable is used for signalling of the ZPW—2000, UM71 uninsulated Track Circuit (Jointless Track Circuit) automatic block system,and may satisfy 10KM distance request.And replace "railway signaling cable (PT Cable)" in others Railway signal system.

铁路内屏蔽数字信号电缆除基本型外还有阻燃型、防白蚁型、耐寒型、高屏蔽型等用于特殊环境的产品。 在电缆制造工艺方面,新技术条件规定,绝缘导电线芯采用具有国际先进水平的皮-泡-皮物理发泡三层共挤技术。另外电缆主要原材料和选用也与IEC等国际标准规定基本一致。

Railway digital signaling Cable have not only nomal type,but also the types used in special environment, such as flame retadant type,anti-termite type,high moisture proof type, high shielding type,etc.
In manufacturing technique,the cable main material adopted comply with IEC Standards.What's more,Skin-foam-skin physical foaming triple extrusion technology are adopted to manufactur insulated cores.

使用特性 Operating Characteristics:
1、电缆导体长期工作温度不超过70℃;
2、电缆使用环境温度为-40℃~60℃;
3、电缆敷设时的弯曲半径应不小于电缆外径的20倍;
4、电缆敷设时的环境温度应不低于-10℃。
5、电缆机械强度高、防腐蚀、耐寒性能好,抗冲击力强。
6、电缆屏蔽线组具有良好的屏蔽性能,可提高线组间的抗干扰能力。

1.1 Conductor of cable operating temperature should not higher than 70 deg.
1.2 the operating temperature should not between -40 deg.and +60deg.
1.3 Bending radius of installation should not less than 20 times of outer diamenter of cable.
1.4 Installation ambient termperature should not lower than -10 deg.
1.5 the cable has high mechanic strength, corrosion -proof , high-impact strength and cold resistance .
1.6 The group of screened cores have good shielding properties ,which can enhance the ability of the groups to oppose disturbance

内屏蔽铁路数字信号电缆理想屏蔽系数
Ideal screening factor of inner shielding digital signal cable for railway
铝护套型电缆的理想屏蔽系数应不大于0.2,综合护套型电缆的理想屏蔽系数应不大于0.8。其中9芯及以下电缆护套(综合护套、铝护套)上的感应电压为50V/km~200V/km,12芯及以上电缆护套(综合护套、铝护套)上的感应电压为 35V/km~200V/km,其试验方法应符合GB /T5441.9的规定。
Ideal screening factor of Aluminium sheath cable should not be more than 0.2,composite sheath not more than 0.8,and induced voltage on 9 cores or below cables sheath (composite sheath,aluminium sheath) is 50V/km~200V/km,12 cores or more cables sheath (composite sheath,aluminium sheath) is 35V/km~200V/km.The test methods should comply with GB /T 5441.9

产品交货长度 Delivery length

1.通常1000m以上长度的电缆不少于定单中交货总数的50%,500m以下长度的电缆不超过交货总数的5%。
Cable with length 1000m and over do not less than 50% of total delivery length, and with length less than 500m not more than 5% of total delivery length.

2.电缆长度计量误差±0.5%。
Tolerance of metering length do not exceed ±0.5%.

3.根据双方协议,允许以任意长度交货。
Cable can be delivered at any length by negotiation.

产品标记、出厂包装、运输及贮存说明 Marks, package, transportation and storage
1.标志Marks
在电缆外护套上印有如下标记:制造工厂名称或工厂代号;型号、规格、相邻间隔为1m的长度标志。
Each cable is marked with name of manufacturer or code of factory, type and specification on outside cable sheath, distance of length mark is not more than 1m.
在电缆盘上应标明有如下标识:制造厂名称;电缆型号、规格;长度 m;毛重 kg;出厂编号;制造日期 年 月;敷设时电缆盘旋转方向的箭头以及附有产品合格证。
There are following signage clearly marked on cable drum: Name of manufacturer, type, specification, length m, gross weight kg, ex-work number, manufacture date, arrow showing the correct rotating direction of the cable drum, and attached quality certification.

2.出厂包装 Deilver Package

2.1 电缆两端头使用带胶热缩套管密封。电缆分层整齐卷绕在电缆交货盘上,外包专用塑料和竹笆。电缆盘符合JB/T 8137规定。
Special sleeves are applied for sealing of both ends of the cable. The cable is wound in good order around the cable drum, the outer package is private plastic and ferula. The cable drums satisfy the requirements as stipulated in JB/T 8137.

2.2 电缆“A”端一般在卷绕的最外层,当B端在卷绕最外层时,电缆盘上注明“外B”字样
“A” end of cable is usually the outside end of package; the “B” end is allowed to be the outside of shipment, while the "outside B" is marked on the drum.

可按供需双方协商的条件另外确定包装形式。
The package form may be made by negotiation.

2.3运输、贮存Transportation and storage

电缆盘应直立摆放,严禁电缆盘平放,严禁电缆受到碰撞或造成机械损伤。必须防止电缆头受潮或进水。
The cable drum should be place erectly, not flatwise, the bump or mechanical damage to the cable should be prevented. The cable should be stored carefully, avoiding the humidity and water infiltration.
